The DockIntelliSicher Controller combines wheel chock status, vehicle distance, human presence, door position and dock leveller status. This significantly improves dock safety compared to traditional interlocking systems.
Traditional isolated relays
Isolated microswitches can be tricked, bypassed or unsynchronised, causing severe loading ramp accidents and false clears.
DockIntelliSicher fusion architecture
Cross-validates all 5 parameters simultaneously. The permissive signal drops instantly if any single telemetry stream registers an anomaly.

Dock Intelligence
Dock Intelligence transforms the traditional wheel chock into a connected warehouse dock management platform. It combines truck positioning, automatic wheel chocking, dock status monitoring and real-time operational analytics to give warehouse managers complete visibility of every truck and every dock. With open API integration, the system can connect with existing WMS, ERP, TMS and external EMS/BI platforms — creating a single digital view of truck movement, dock utilisation, dwell time and operational productivity.
